★By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.★I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.Payment★Payment must be made upfront and in full before I start working.★The payment is made through Robux (via gamepasses).★Prices may include an additional fee to cover Roblox’s tax deductions.Process★I will provide initial sketches for approval before proceeding with the final piece.★Small revisions are allowed during the sketch phase; major revisions after approval may incur extra charges.Usage Rights★I retain full rights to the artwork and may post it in my portfolio or on social media.★Commissioners may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper credit.Refunds and Cancellations★Full refunds are available only if I have not started the artwork.★If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on progress.★Refunds in Robux are subject to Roblox’s refund policies and may not always be possible.Deadlines★Deadlines must be discussed beforehand; rushed commissions may cost extra.Prohibited Content★I will not create artwork involving hate speech and explicit NSFW content.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity and details of the character design. If the character has extra features, intricate clothing, or special accessories, the price may increase accordingly. Simpler designs or fewer details could result in a lower price.
